What an amazing stay at this hotel. I travelled to Innsbruck with my young daughter and the service at this hotel was fantastic! Unfortunately, I twisted my ankle during my stay and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Rooms were perfect, smart and well equipped. We opted for a cinema room and was great to chill after a day in the mountains. Thank you Nala

Small cute hotel with lovely terrace. The rooms were clean and tidy with warm water. Staff at the counter were hospitable and super friendly all the time. There were bicycles available for guests. Breakfast buffet was very tempting though we didn't take.

Very disappointed with our room. The room had a mezzanine level with the bed high up very close to the ceiling. It was way too warm and an uncomfortable temperature to sleep in. If staying here I would avoid the room with a mezzanine level.
Superb front desk staff, parking included however was slightly further away than expected. Room was delightful with some very quirky things adding great character to the room. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
Electric blinds accessible from bedside was such a luxury idea. Very clever having them on the same switches as the lighting. Rated highly.
